Create a rule

A rule reads as a sentence: “If From contains @shop.com → Move to Shopping”.

Rules that read as sentences, with order and on/off switches

• Conditions: sender, domain, To and Cc, “sent only to me”, subject, text snippet, mailing list, attachments, size, read and starred; with “all” or “any” and exceptions.
• Actions: move, archive, delete (always to the Trash), label, mark as read, star, flag with a due date, don’t notify and always notify.

Before saving, the preview shows how many and which emails the rule would catch. You can start from a template or from a message (“Criar regra…”, create rule).
